Ordinary Railway Power Substation Comprehensive Simulation Training System


System Overview:

The Rail Transit Power Substation Comprehensive Simulation Training System is used to train the power substation attendant and the power supply dispatchers for mastering the operation under normal, abnormal and emergency condition during duty time.

The system main body contains: the power substation attendant simulation training system, the power supply dispatch SCADA system, the integrated automation system, the physical primary main cabling simulation panel system, the fault simulation system, the primary equipment ground sand table, the secondary physical screen cabinet (such as: the main transformer protection measure and control cabinet, the feeder protection measure and control screen, the communication monitoring and control screen, the network switch monitoring and control screen, the AC/DC cabinet, the high voltage switch cabinet) and the instructor monitoring management system; the system is used to the profound technical training and evaluation for the railway traction power supply system and can be installed in the networked room for batch training. Or, the system could be constructed totally according to the actual railway power substation for deepening the trainee’s understanding of the railway power supply system and mastering the skills of the power substation routine standard operation.

System Function:

The system almost regenerates the actual overall power substation site environment and is able to realize the trainee’s: comprehensive acknowledge of the overall structure and the primary and secondary equipment of the power substation; master of the in-door and out-door equipment touring points and route of the power substation; operation towards the breaker and isolation switch close and remote back brake through the measure and control protection screen cabinet, the integrated automation system and the SCADA system; acknowledge and dealing with various faults of the power substation; and scenery training of the maintenance operation of power substation.
