The one set equipment could meet the entire test requirements. For K2 subject, the system is equipped with various 1:1 scale welding gun such as: manual arc welding gun, carbon-dioxide arc welding gun, argon arc welding gun and gas cutting welding gun. Through the virtual simulation technology, the system creates a vivid operation environment and is able to carry out various sceneries and tasks combinations. The operation mode is in consistence with the actual welding machine. The operator feels like being in the site as the effect is impact.

The Potential Safety Risk Elimination of the Operation Site is an individual test project (K31) which adopts the fully 3D virtual operation mode for realizing the evaluation of the elimination of the Potential Safety Risk during the welding operation. For the various welding operation, the system would set corresponding 3D scenery and would randomly select one of the task for the tester during test process.
