System Overview:

The own developed urban rail transit OCC dispatch center comprehensive simulation system adopts the technical methods as: communication, database, multi-media, software project, network, etc. Based on the mathematics module and control module in vehicle, signal, line, power supply and so on, the system realizes the simulation in basic work principle and main process of the dispatch command for simulating the dispatch command system in operation, power, environment control, etc.

The system could train the monitoring operation of each OCC dispatch positon under various modes. It simulates the dispatch command system operation in operation, power, environment control and so on to realize the communication between the station with the driver and the operation under emergency situation. It is also able to simulate the device fault and handling, and search and record the fault. In addition, it could simulate the various dispatch command related faults and emergencies.

Content:

Operation Dispatch Simulation System

It simulates all the interfaces, information change indication and interaction function which are needed for OCC dispatch operation, including: HMI display, automatic train tracing, automatic train route setting, automatic train adjustment, train timetable system edition, train operation graph display, train report, interlocking management among route, points and signal, rail side equipment, running interval control, rail electric circuit and  rail availability / occupation test, train position identification, LOW operation and common fault, video monitoring and communication system.

Power Dispatch Simulation System

It simulates all the interfaces, information change indication and control function which are needed for OCC dispatch operation, including: SCADA system HMI and change and record of information, remote monitoring, remote control and adjustment, various common fault phenomena (tripping, contact network, substation, line), communication system, etc., for meeting the OCC power dispatch requirements.

Environment Control Simulation System

It simulates all the interfaces, information change indication and control function which are needed for OCC dispatch operation, including: EMCS system HMI and change and record of information, FAS system HMI and change and record of information, system interface display monitored by tunnel temperature fiber optical sensor, video monitoring system, communication system and so on.

Video Monitoring (CCTV) System

It adopts the CGI and crowd simulation technology to simulate the picture (mainly for station) of each video monitoring point of the entire metro line for providing monitoring picture for OCC operation dispatch, power dispatch and environment dispatch operation.

Communication System

It simulates the main functions of the OCC communication system; through cooperating with the instructor, it realize the communication function of related parts.

Broadcast System

It simulates the broadcast function of the entire line.
